The level can be changed at any moment if, for instance, genuine messages get filtered, or if spam email messages go through and reach your Inbox folder. To be on the safe side, you can choose all filtered email messages to be forwarded to a special mailbox such as spam@your-domain.com and not to be deleted. Thus, you can check them every now and then to ensure that you have not omitted a genuine message.
